Most brands treat posting frequency like a tightrope walk. We proved it’s more like a trampoline.
At the Coldwell Banker brand’s Gen Blue conference this year, we doubled our content output and watched engagement more than triple. The trick wasn’t just making more—it was rethinking how quality and speed work together.
The Strategy: LoFi + HiFi
We went in with a hybrid approach:
HiFi: High-polish brand assets for the moments that matter. These reinforce standards and capture milestones worth memorializing.
LoFi: Raw, authentic, fast-turn content that bottles the energy in real time. No overproduction, just honest moments.
The plan was simple: LoFi carries volume, HiFi protects the brand.
What Actually Happened
We found more HiFi opportunities than we’d mapped out. The event’s energy created natural moments that justified extra production time. Those polished pieces outperformed our expectations.

The Numbers
- Content output: +103%
- Impressions: +261%
- Engagements: +225%
- Shares: +414%
That share number matters most. Shares grew twice as fast as our content output, indicating audience resonance.
The Biggest Lesson
Posting frequency isn’t your enemy on social media in 2025. Bad content is.
When you know which moments need polish and which need immediacy, you can post more without seeing diminishing returns.
We proved frequency becomes an advantage when the content mix works. The algorithm didn’t penalize us for showing up more often. Our audience rewarded us for it.
